Doctor reveals ‘temple’ sign of all Kardashian filler use
Doctor Reveals Secret ‘Temple’ Sign: Are Kourtney and Kendall Following in Their Sisters' Filler Footsteps?
The Kardashian-Jenner clan has long been under the microscope for their ever-evolving appearances, with endless speculation surrounding the cosmetic procedures they've undergone. While Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner have openly admitted to various treatments and surgeries, Kourtney Kardashian Barker and Kendall Jenner are often perceived as the more "natural" sisters. However, a leading aesthetics expert believes that even these two may not be as needle-free as they appear.
The 'Natural' Facade: Is It All Just Filler?
Dr. Justin Harper, founder and CEO of Juvly Aesthetics, has shed light on the subtle signs that suggest Kourtney and Kendall might have invested in injectable treatments, despite their reputations for being more natural. Dr. Harper revealed that while Kim, Khloe, and Kylie have been upfront about their cosmetic enhancements—often documented on their reality show The Kardashians—Kourtney and Kendall's transformations have been more discreet, leading many to believe they've avoided the needle altogether.
Fans Notice the Change
In recent years, fans have begun to question how "natural" Kourtney and Kendall truly are. Photos of Kendall Jenner at the Stagecoach music festival in April sparked a wave of online commentary, with some fans claiming she looked almost unrecognizable. A Reddit user even dubbed her appearance "Botox face," while others noted a puffiness that hinted at filler use. "The fillers are starting to catch up to her now too," one critic remarked.
Dr. Harper weighed in on these observations, explaining that even those without professional training can often sense when something about a person's appearance seems off. "Our minds know when something's normal or not," he told The U.S. Sun. He pointed out that subtle changes, when accumulated over time, can significantly alter one's appearance, even if the procedures were intended to be minor.
Filler: More Than Just an Anti-Aging Tool
According to Dr. Harper, both Kourtney and Kendall have likely used fillers strategically to enhance and maintain a balanced, natural look. While filler is commonly associated with anti-aging, it can also be employed to contour the face, slim down certain areas, and reshape the jawline and lower cheeks. This versatile cosmetic tool can be applied to multiple facial regions simultaneously, achieving a more harmonious and proportional appearance.
The 'Temple' Trick: How to Spot Filler
Dr. Harper shared a simple method that anyone can use to detect filler use, particularly in the temple area, which he says is a telltale sign of injectables. "Take a look at all the Kardashians and look at the width of their temples," he advised. By comparing recent photos to those taken a decade ago and placing a finger on each side of their temples, one might notice an increase in width, a common result of temple filler injections.
Such procedures don’t come cheap, either. Dr. Harper estimated that the cost for each sister would easily run into tens of thousands of dollars.
Kendall's 'Natural' Enhancements
Despite Kendall Jenner's public stance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, Dr. Harper believes she has likely had work done to preserve her youthful and natural look. During a 2021 interview on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kendall defended her family against accusations that they perpetuate unrealistic beauty standards. “We all really enjoy taking care of ourselves and being healthy. So I think if anything, the only thing we’re really trying to represent is just being the most healthy version of yourself,” she said.
However, Dr. Harper suspects that Kendall has had lip filler and possibly other subtle enhancements. He estimated that she might have spent between $5,000 to $10,000 on filler for each side of her face. Of all the Kardashian-Jenner sisters, Dr. Harper believes that Kendall’s work is the most natural-looking, a testament to the skill of her aesthetic practitioner.
Kourtney's Cosmetic Confessions
Kourtney Kardashian Barker has been more open about her cosmetic journey, including her regrets about getting breast implants. In a 2011 interview with Showbiz Spy, she confessed, “I had my boobs done, but if I could go back, I wouldn’t have done it. I was so cute before.” She has also shared her experiences with non-surgical treatments, such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) microneedling, which she showcased in a 2018 Instagram video.
Kourtney has also dabbled in luxurious facial treatments, like the Le Visage Lift Contour facial procedure she revealed in January 2022, which is designed to lift and contour the face.
Dr. Harper’s Analysis: More Than Meets the Eye
Dr. Harper speculates that Kourtney has undergone more than just the treatments she’s admitted to. By using his signature “finger-width” measurement technique, he concluded that Kourtney's head size has changed, likely due to the use of fillers. He estimated that she might have had 25 to 30 syringes of filler, especially in her nasolabial folds, contributing to a smoother, more youthful appearance. “She’s had dozens of syringes of filler, especially nasolabial. She also has fewer wrinkles now than then,” Dr. Harper speculated.
In a previous interview with The U.S. Sun, Dr. Harper also suggested that pop icon Taylor Swift might have had similar nasolabial filler work done, further highlighting the prevalence of this cosmetic trend among celebrities.
The Kardashian-Jenner Effect
While Kourtney Kardashian Barker and Kendall Jenner may be perceived as the more "natural" members of their famous family, experts like Dr. Harper believe that even they have turned to cosmetic enhancements to maintain their enviable looks. As the Kardashians continue to influence beauty standards worldwide, the conversation about what is truly natural—and what is not—remains more relevant than ever.
