Kate Moss dressed to impress for a night out in London on Wednesday.

But as she left a private member's club in the early hours of the morning the top model suffered a major wardrobe malfunction when her flimsy party dress exposed her chest.

The catwalk queen seemed oblivious to her mishap as she gripped a pal's arm for the walk to her car from top London private member's club Lou Lou's.

Kate had already put on a racy display by going braless under her daring sheer dress, but she flashed more of her incredible figure than she intended on her way home.

It was a night of party hopping for the social star, who started her night hosting a Diet Coke event to mark the brand's 40th birthday, after being appointed as Creative Director for the brand earlier this year

Kate got into the party spirit at the bash, joining her pal Fat Tony in the DJ booth to show off her dance moves for a cheering crowd.

The fun continued with stops at private member's clubs Annabel's and Lou Lou's before Kate and her group ended their night at a house party, arriving at the venue at 2:30am according to onlookers.

Her dress highlighted the star's jaw-dropping figure while it also featured a shimmering sheer embellishment.

Kate added height to her frame with a pair of black heels and added to her look with a gold necklace.

The fashion icon appeared in good spirits as she arrived at the event, wrapping up in a black coat.

Letting her blonde locks fall loose down her shoulders, she completed her look with a light palette of makeup.

The outing comes after Kate forgot her words and stumbled her way through a speech at a star-studded awards ceremony.

The top model was presenting the Fashion Innovator gong to her friend Anthony Vaccarello at the Wall Street Journal event held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

New footage shared on the Wall Street Journal's social media shows Kate, who has been sober for four years, slurring in the gushing speech about the YSL artistic director.

At the event last Wednesday, Kate arrived at the podium with a welcome of 'good evening ladies and gentlemen', then appeared to forget her words as she took a long pause to check her phone.

The model was then seen stumbling over her brief speech to the hushed crowd.

The supermodel, who was once famed for her partying, launched the wellness brand earlier this year to focus on 'self-love'.

She spoke about her journey with the brand, explaining: 'When I started to take care of myself, things began to change. They say that self-care is part of self-love. That's what we all need, that's what I needed, to follow the Cosmoss.

'Happiness is little things. Yesterday I picked a load of flowers from my garden for my stepfather's birthday — sweet peas and dahlias.

'That makes me happy. I think I'm the happiest I've ever been.'

Also, in attendance at Wednesday's event was Jaime Winstone, who cut a glamorous figure in a black minidress.

Her outfit boasted a feathered neckline for added drama, and she paired it with thigh-high black boots.

Her fiery red tresses were styled in neat waves, and she completed her look with a bold classic red lip.

Nick Grimshaw cosied up to her, wearing a quirky gold patterned blazer with a white shirt and black jeans.
