Fenerbahce Manager Enraged by Arch-Rival's Taunts.

Jose Mourinho, the highly regarded manager of Turkish giants Fenerbahce, lost his temper and walked away from an interview after being confronted with a mocking post by arch-rivals Galatasaray. The incident occurred following Fenerbahce's disappointing 3-1 defeat to Galatasaray in their Super Lig clash.

Mourinho, who joined Fenerbahce in the summer, had initially enjoyed a successful start with the club, winning four out of their first five league games. However, the loss to Galatasaray was a significant setback, especially considering Fenerbahce's previous failure to win the league despite accumulating 99 points last season.

The defeat understandably left Mourinho frustrated, and he reportedly refused to attend the post-match press conference. As he was leaving the Ulker Stadium, a journalist approached him with a question. However, the situation escalated when the journalist showed Mourinho a mocking post shared by Galatasaray on their official Instagram account.

The post featured a book with Mourinho's face on the cover, tears streaming down his eyes, and the title "The Crying One." The caption mocked Mourinho, referring to him as a "master of crying" and suggesting that the book was available for purchase in Kadikoy, the district where Fenerbahce is based.

When Mourinho saw the post, he became visibly angry and responded with frustration. He questioned the journalist's identity and intentions, expressing disbelief at the mockery. Despite Mourinho's reaction, the journalist persisted, prompting the manager to walk away from the interview.

The defeat to Galatasaray has put Fenerbahce five points behind their rivals after just six games. The team's hopes of winning their first domestic title since 2013-14 are now in jeopardy.

Mourinho will have to regroup and motivate his players for their upcoming Europa League match against Union Saint-Gilloise. Additionally, he will face a reunion with his former club Manchester United in the Europa League group stage next month.

The incident involving Mourinho and Galatasaray highlights the intense rivalry between the two Turkish clubs. While football is often seen as a sport that unites fans, it can also be a source of passionate emotions and heated confrontations.
