Megan Fox, the 37-year-old actress best known for her role in Transformers, has revealed that she was in "several abusive relationships" with "very famous people." She opened up about her decision to document these "horrific" experiences in her new poetry book, "Pretty Boys Are Poisonous."

Megan Fox has opened up publicly for the first time about a pregnancy loss she experienced with her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly

Fox, who has been engaged to Machine Gun Kelly since January 2022, has poured her thoughts and experiences into this collection of poems, delving into her past, abusive relationships, and her journey in Hollywood.

In a recent interview on Good Morning America, Megan Fox candidly discussed her previous associations with well-known figures, which the public is unaware of. She shared, "I have only been publicly connected to a few people... but I shared energy with, I guess we could say, [with people] who were horrific and also very famous, very famous people, but no one knows that I was involved with those people."

Fox revealed that writing poetry became a way to process her past experiences and inner turmoil, explaining, "I had only been publicly connected to a few people, but I shared energy with people who were horrific, and it was starting to come out and make me sick."

While acknowledging that some aspects of her book are metaphoric representations of her Hollywood experiences, she emphasized that everything in her book is grounded in real-life events. She recounted, "This is not an exposé that I wrote or a memoir. But throughout my life, I have been in at least one physically abusive relationship and several psychologically very abusive relationships."

The actress acknowledged that some of her writings didn't make it into the book because she believed they were too personal for public consumption. She said, "If I had the freedom of just being a poet and people not really wanting to dig too much into my personal life, I would have included more entries like that."

Megan, 37, explained how the loss sent her and the 33-year-old singer on a 'wild journey'

Megan Fox also discussed a "very difficult" miscarriage that she and her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, went through. She revealed that the experience sent them on an emotional rollercoaster, both together and separately, as they tried to comprehend the meaning and implications of the loss. She explained, "I had never been through anything like that before in my life, I have three kids. So it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart trying to navigate what does this mean and why did this happen."

The book, "Pretty Boys Are Poisonous," touches on sensitive subjects, including an ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks. Lines from one of the poems include: "I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh... but now / I have to say / goodbye." Another part reads: "I will pay any price. Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?"

In May 2022, Machine Gun Kelly appeared to reference their loss when dedicating a performance of his song "Twin Flame" at the Billboard Music Awards to Megan, mentioning, "And this is for our unborn child."

Megan Fox sees her book as a message to women, encouraging them not to remain silent. She added, "It gives an elegant place for your pain to live, to put it into art makes it useful to other people so you don't just suffer with it on your own."

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly made their relationship public in June 2020, shortly after her split from her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green. Megan and Brian's divorce was finalized on October 15, 2021, just three months before she announced her engagement to Machine Gun Kelly.
