This alarming episode occurred in the midst of ongoing stress related to the "Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" drama, particularly involving her interactions with Caroline Manzo.

The source explained, "Brandi's been under so much stress since 'The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip' drama started with Caroline Manzo. This health scare comes on the heels of Glanville's recent public statements addressing assault allegations made against her by former co-star Caroline Manzo. Manzo, a former star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," accused Glanville of inappropriate behavior during their time together on Season 4 of "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip."

In her allegations, Manzo claimed that Glanville had kissed her and touched her vaginal area without her consent. Glanville has vehemently denied these accusations, stating that the narrative being presented is unfair and expressing her readiness to clarify the situation.

Glanville's legal team has requested that Shed Media, a production company owned by Warner, release audio recordings from their microphones during the alleged incident. Shed Media conducted its own investigation, ultimately finding no evidence to support the claims made by either party.
