Kitching, unable to contain her anger, approached the other woman at the school gates and, in a fit of rage, grabbed her by the ponytail, dragging her to the ground.
Witnesses reported that Kitching then knelt on her victim's chest and, in full view of horrified schoolchildren and parents, began kicking her repeatedly in the face. Despite the victim's pleas for the assault to stop, Kitching continued the attack, her actions both violent and relentless. The victim, visibly distressed and terrified, was left with bruises, grazes, and a suspected hairline fracture to her nose.
As Kitching was pulled away by a friend, she screamed threats at the victim, shouting, “I know where you live. I'll f***ing kill you.” This final, chilling outburst added to the terror of the already-traumatized mother, who feared for her safety and the safety of her child.
