Hailee Steinfeld Shares Sweet Valentine's Day Plans with Fiancé Josh Allen.

Hailee Steinfeld has offered a glimpse into her and fiancé Josh Allen's Valentine's Day plans, revealing their intention for a cozy and intimate celebration. Just two months after the Buffalo Bills quarterback proposed with a stunning $500,000 engagement ring, the actress, 28, shared her excitement about their first Valentine's Day as an engaged couple.

A Low-Key Evening for the Engaged Couple

In her weekly newsletter for Beau Society, which she launched in August 2024, the "Love Myself" hitmaker told her fans that she and Allen are likely planning a "low-key evening" together. "As much as I want to go on Pinterest and turn my house into a Valentine's Day party (every single year)," the "True Grit" star confessed, "it always ends up being something way more casual, like a red balloon tied on a barstool in the kitchen next to a plate of pink-frosted cookies."

Steinfeld emphasized the importance of embracing the simplicity of the holiday rather than striving for an unattainable ideal. "Comparison is the thief of joy, especially on Valentine's Day," she wrote. "Turn off your phone and do what sounds fun to you." She even suggested that if her subscribers' ideal Valentine's Day involves "sitting on the couch watching Notting Hill with a bowl of popcorn and pink M&Ms on Friday night, [then] same." This relatable approach to the holiday resonates with many, emphasizing genuine connection over extravagant gestures. She hinted at their plans, saying they'll most likely "pull out a recipe" they "haven't tried, cook it together, and turn in early."

From Nervous Proposal to Supportive Partnership

Allen previously shared details about his proposal, admitting he was surprisingly nervous leading up to the special moment. "I was very nervous," Allen said in the December 2024 issue of Beau Society. "I think I was most nervous about you finding out about the proposal. It was hard to keep secrets from you and have other people in your life keep secrets from you." He also revealed the emotional build-up, saying, "Then multiple times throughout the day a song would come on and I would tear up thinking about how special our day was going to be."
