Gorgeous Canadian model Mikayla Demaiter has no regrets after turning her back on a potential career in ice hockey to become a full-time model and internet star.

The stunning 22-year-old, from Chatham in Ontario, starred as a goaltender for the Bluewater Hawks in the Provincial Women’s Hockey League. That was until June 2020, when she announced via Instagram that she was about to explore a new career path.

“It is time to say goodbye to ice hockey,” she wrote. “It is time to turn the page and move to the next chapter of my life, for the first time you will not be my number one focus. I am excited about the future because everything you have taught me will allow me to succeed.”

Demaiter also cryptically vowed that she would continue to work hard on her new venture, adding: “There will still be early mornings, new adventures and new friends, and I hope that I embrace them with the same love and passion I did for you.”
