Whether it's hiding a surprise gift or maintaining medical privacy, clearing your search history is a smart move. Let's explore the steps to clear search history on popular platforms:

Facebook: On your browser, navigate to Settings & Privacy > Activity Log > Logged Actions and Other Activity > Search History. Clear individual searches or delet the entire history to maintain privacy.

Twitter: Access your recent searches by clicking the Search Twitter bar. Remove searches one by one or clear all recent searches to keep your browsing private.

Instagram: Open the app, select your profile photo, tap the three-line icon, and go to Your activity > Recent searches. Clear all recent searches to ensure your browsing remains confidential.

Google Chrome: Manage your search history in Chrome by clicking the three-dot menu > History > delet individual entries or clear all browsing data to maintain privacy across devices.

Edge: In Edge, access the three-dot menu > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data. Choose what to clear, including search history, cookies, cache, passwords, and form-fill data.
